Stromboli – Lipari – Vulcano: 3 Islands Tour 🌋🏝️

✅ All Aeolian Island tours are subject to weather/marine conditions and must be confirmed 1-2 days before departure. In case of cancellations due to bad weather, you will be notified, and the tour will be rescheduled to the next available date or a refund of the deposit will be provided.

✅ Tour times and itineraries may change due to:

Adverse weather or marine conditions
Local municipal docking ordinances
Maritime and port authority orders
Force majeure reasons
Once 50% of the trip has been completed, no refund obligation exists.

✅ The agency reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time under Law No. 1084 of December 27, 1977, with no other obligation except to refund the amount paid.

✅ If the customer cancels the tour for any reason less than 48 hours before departure, no refund will be provided.

✅ Where to Park: There are unattended parking lots near the departure ports. However, there are also paid parking spots (blue lines) or free parking spots (white lines). You must park your car outside the port area as stopping or parking within the port is not allowed. The area is under video surveillance and may result in fines.

✅ Pets on Board: The company’s vessels are designed for passenger transport only, and do not have cages or specific areas for carrying pets. However, pet transport is allowed under the following conditions:

Dogs must be equipped with a muzzle and leash throughout the journey and worn when necessary, in case other passengers request it.
Cats and other small pets must be kept in an appropriate carrier, and birds must be in suitable cages.
Pets must be transported in a manner that does not cause harm or discomfort to other passengers or the vessel.
The company reserves the right to request health certification and the vaccination booklet of the animal before boarding.
The passenger is responsible for the care and safety of the animal during transport and must adhere to health regulations from the relevant authorities.

✅ Clothing: Comfortable beachwear is recommended: flip-flops, swimsuit, and a sun hat, especially during the high season. DO NOT bring umbrellas or children’s beach toys, as they can be cumbersome. In the off-season, it is best to bring a long-sleeved shirt if you wish to travel on the open deck for the return trip. If weather forecasts are not ideal, it is advisable to bring a windbreaker, which can be left on board if not needed.

✅ Disabled Access: Access is allowed for disabled passengers.

✅ One-Way / Return Only Tickets: Tickets for one-way or return only (for passengers who wish to stay overnight and return on a different day) will be confirmed 24 hours before departure, as they are subject to a minimum number of participants and/or favorable weather-marine conditions. The ticket price guarantees the trip and NOT the mini-cruise, meaning we do not guarantee that the islands will be visited in the order listed.
